Been busy…
New in my store...up-cycled journals. Check out the journals I have been making for the last few months! Working in a library has allowed me to rescue books when we weed the collection. However, some books from an academic library can be dull, so I wanted to make some notebooks and journals from these discarded books. It wasn’t until I ran across a couple of really cool vintage books at an estate sale and wanted to make them into something special, that I committed to the idea. I have had so much fun searching out vintage and children’s books and up-cycling them into art books and journals that I hope you enjoy them too! My favorites are my specialty paper art books with 140lb watercolor paper or 95lb mixed media paper, perfect for on-the-go sketching and a great conversation starter. Or just in time for the new year, my simple board-book front journals perfect for notes, recipes or journaling.
